    Zhang Xingfang, born in September 1965, in 1986, graduated from The Department of Chemical Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology , majoring in Chemical Equipment and Machinery, with a bachelor's degree in Engineering.In 1995, graduated from The Mechanical Department of Taiyuan University of Technology with a master's degree in engineering.In 2009,graduated from College of Chemical Engineering, Taiyuan University of Technology, majoring in Chemical Engineering and Technology.Working in Taiyuan University of Technology since 1986.Serveing as vice president of Shanxi pressure vessel professional committee.
