    Yinghua SHEN, a doctor’s degree holder and a professor, is now working as a supervisor of postgraduates and a teacher of College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. Her research area has been focused on synthesis and application of functional polymer materials. She has taken charge of about 10 provincial educational reform and research projects either as principal researchers or as participants. Up to now, she has published more than 70 papers. She has taken out 17 patents and participated in the compilation of two books. She served as a reviewer for Polymer Chemistry, Journal of Membrane Science, Analyst, Reactive and Functional Polymers, Acta Polymerica Sinica, Journal of Functional Materials, Chinese Journal of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Industry and Engineering Progress. She has also been acting as a judge of Natural Science Foundation Projects and Natural Science Progress Awards of inside and outside Shanxi Province.
    Prof.Dr. Shen has won one second award and two third award of “the Provincial Science and Technology Progress”. She won the award of “Shanxi Youth Science and Technology” and “Young Scientific Research Expert”, and was selected as "Senior Expert of Shanxi Provincial Higher Education Working Committee and Provincial Education Department" in 2008. She was also selected as "Outstanding Personnel of Taiyuan Youth Science and Technology" in 2009.
